"Sarah Kelly is a holistic licensed mental health counselor, with a 20+ year background in studying lifestyle, diet, and its effects on the body, mind, & spirit."
Sarah is trained in mindfulness-based, somatic therapies such as Hakomi Therapy and Phoenix Rising Therapeutic Yoga therapy, as well as certified in western clinical modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT-C) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Beyond Sarah’s private practice, she has a long career in higher education, including college admissions, advising, and adjunct faculty in a Holistic Counseling graduate program.
